3、每班检查螺丝及其他紧固件,发现松动及时紧固。
4、 复膜、拉纸皮辊不工作时应提到高位不要压在主动胶辊上,以免变形。拉纸复膜胶辊清洗时应用中性洗涤剂清洗,不能用汽油、松香水等擦洗以防提前老化。
5、 每班检查电器件及线路可靠连接保证正常工作,保证接地线可靠连接
6、保持电气箱内通风散热,避免潮湿及灰尘,清理电气箱内灰尘及脏污可用吸尘器并由电工进行。
