产品概述:氢燃料电池电堆压机主要用于生产组装电堆。在组装电堆过程中,前序步骤在电堆堆叠工装上完成双极板、膜电极及端板的堆叠之后,由小车将工装及电堆转运至压机,完成定位后,压机施加预设所需压力压紧电堆,并进行三腔(氢气腔、空气腔、冷却水腔)的保压测漏,完成之后进行其它后续步骤。
控制系统:本系统基于西门子软件定制开发的系统控制程序。安全高效的 PROFINET 工业总线接口,方便后期的维护。

Product Overview:
The Hydrogen fuel cell electric stack press is mainly used for the production and assembly of electric stacks. In the process of assembling the stack, the first step is to stack the bipolar plates, membrane electrodes, and end plates on the stack stack fixture. The fixture and stack are transported by a car to a press machine. After positioning is completed, the press machine applies the preset required pressure to compress the stack, and performs pressure maintaining leakage testing on the three chambers (hydrogen chamber, air chamber, and cooling water chamber).
